About Falisha
Ello, friends! Colorado isn't just where I live... it's home in every sense of the word. I've spent my entire life here, and this beautiful state has shaped so much of who I am. From adventure in the mountains to the incredible sense of community, Colorado has given me unforgettable memories and a deep appreciation for what it truly means to put down roots.
My family's roots run deep in Colorado Springs and in Florissant, where we have a ranch that holds some of my most precious childhood memories. It's where I learned how to get a little dirty, and appreciate the simple things in life alongside my grandfather. It's also where my love for cooking, gathering, and good food began. I will be forever grateful to my grandmother, who taught me that some of life's best moments happen in the kitchen.
That personal connection to home is a huge part of why I love helping others achieve homeownership. A home is so much more than a transaction. It's where life happens, memories are made, and futures are built.
When I'm not helping clients, you'll usually find me exploring Colorado with my dogs, gathering with family and friends, trying a new local restaurant, or diving into ways to make financial education fun again.

Colorado — where the mountains feel like home.
My Story
I started my career in banking in 2009 as a teller at a Credit Union, where I spent the next 15 years growing through nearly every side of lending — from consumer lending and business consulting to processing, project management, loan support, and mortgage origination.
That experience gave me something most lenders can't offer: a true understanding of the mortgage process from every angle... not just the sales side. I know what happens behind the scenes, where deals can get stuck, and how to help clients move through the process with confidence.
Eventually, I made the decision to invest in myself and become a mortgage broker. While my desk may have moved, my mission hasn't: helping people make smart financial decisions around homeownership.
I'm passionate about educating both first-time and seasoned borrowers so they feel empowered... not overwhelmed. Especially when making one of life's biggest financial decisions. My goal is simple: make the mortgage process clear, strategic, and as stress-free as possible.
What I Stand For
I believe an informed borrower is an empowered borrower. I take time to explain every step so you understand exactly what you're signing and why.
This isn't just a transaction to me. Your home is one of the biggest decisions of your life — I treat it that way, every single time.
Homeownership is one of the most powerful tools for building lasting wealth. I'm passionate about helping families create a foundation that lasts.
Colorado is home — and I'm invested in the people and communities here. I show up for my clients the way a neighbor would.
